Position
William focuses his practice on government and internal investigations, FCPA enforcement matters, and white collar criminal defense. Bill has represented boards, companies and individuals in many complex government and internal investigations and compliance matters.
Career
Bill served as federal prosecutor for eight years in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., including as Assistant Chief of the Fraud Section’s FCPA Unit. As Assistant Chief he supervised, investigated, and prosecuted dozens of FCPA cases, as well as assisted in development and implementation of FCPA enforcement policy and initiatives.
