Mr Bartow Farr
Position
Bartow focuses on U.S. Supreme Court and other appellate litigation. He has argued 32 cases before the Supreme Court concerning the First Amendment, Eleventh Amendment immunity, ADA, FLSA, Affordable Care Act and the Warsaw Convention, among other areas.
Career
Following service as a law clerk to Justice William H. Rehnquist and as an Assistant to the Solicitor General, Bartow was a founding partner of the Washington, D.C., law firm Onek, Klein & Farr. He moved to Bancroft PLLC in 2013 and to Kirkland & Ellis in 2016.
