Rohit represents private equity funds, infrastructure funds, developers, lenders and institutional investors on domestic and international transactions. He has led transactions in the United States, Latin America and Asia.

Rohit Chaudhry is practice head and advises many of the teams largest lender clients from the Washington DC office, which is also home to Roald Nashi . The New York group added to its ranks in February 2022 with the addition of Robert Eberhardt from Norton Rose Fulbright, following on from a number of other lateral hires into the office including: Sebastian Chan, who arrived from Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in February 2021; and Sebastian Chan, who joined from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP a month later.
