The department is increasingly active in the M&A sphere, where notable matters include the £2.322bn public to private acquisition of Aggreko plc by Albion Acquisitions. The practice is co-led by Jonathan Kandel and Timothy Lowe. Kandel advises on private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure issues, while Lowe covers M&A transactions and corporate finance on behalf of clients such as Blackstone, Oaktree and Ares Capital Management. Mavnick Nerwal handles public and private M&A transactions, reorganisations and reconstructions.
