Belgium > Customs, trade, WTO and anti-dumping Tier 2

King & Spalding LLP’s international trade practice is well-regarded for its expertise on the complainant side of trade defence cases, with the team regularly acting for EU industry bodies and associations in anti-dumping and customs enforcement claims. Advice in the context of advocacy work is another key area of expertise for the department, which routinely assists clients with the development of arguments for the introduction of further EU trade defence mechanisms. In addition to handling matters in the context of trade defence enforcement, the team also represents industry bodies in their capacity as exporters and regularly acts in third country trade remedy proceedings. Trade litigation expert Marie-Sophie Dibling, who maintains close relationships with clients in Morocco in addition to advising EU industrial clients, heads up the practice.
