Michael A. Jacobson is head of the firm’s Commercial Finance practice and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. His practice encompasses a wide variety of areas in commercial finance, including senior, first lien, second lien and mezzanine financings and structures.

Michael represents issuers, lenders and investors in cash flow and asset-based transactions, leveraged buyouts and build-ups, restructurings and workouts, addressing and negotiating intercreditor and subordination-related issues, equity co-investments and health care finance transactions.
