Michael Traube has served as lead counsel on numerous public and private M&A transactions. He has substantive experience representing companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private mergers, proxy contests, joint ventures and strategic investments, Section 363 and other asset deals, carve-out transactions, private equity deals, corporate restructurings, reclassifications and corporate finance.
