Glenn has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious matters in the shipping and offshore sectors with a particular emphasis on projects involving the production and transportation of oil and gas. His practice ranges from projects involving sophisticated offshore drilling units such as ultra deepwater drillships and semisubmersibles to LNG carriers and offshore support vessels. His clients include major offshore contractors, shipping and energy companies. He advises clients on the drafting, negotiation and related contract management of drilling contracts, drilling contract assignments, shipbuilding contracts, charterparties (principally LNG); sale and purchase agreements, letters of intent, option agreements, joint venture agreements and various other forms of related and ancillary contracts. Glenn has also worked on a number of major disputes in these areas. Glenn has written on various topics of interest within his practice for industry publications, including Lloyd’s List.
