The office represents Pfandbrief banks, real estate and private equity investment managers, real estate and private equity fund sponsors, debt funds and public stock companies in all aspects of raising and deploying capital or debt, helping owners, managers, operators, developers, lenders and investors to acquire, develop, manage, finance and sell real estate assets, as well as acting for credit institutions and non-traditional lenders in all aspects of debt capital.

Opened in 2022 with a focus on the private equity, venture capital, real estate, and financial industries, the Munich office expands Goodwin’s German footprint. Working closely with lawyers in our other European offices and throughout our global firm, we provide clients with seamless service across a spectrum of sophisticated and transformative transactions. The Munich office offers a one-stop shop for premium European private equity, venture and real estate investments, as well as the financing of such investments.
