Goodwin has a strong involvement alongside private equity sponsors and debt funds which it assists with the setting up of new credit or refinancing facilities or on LBO financing deals, while also advising several banks. The team, which is mostly active on the mid-cap market, is expert at dealing with mezzanine, unitranche, revolving credit and senior lending facilities. It also recently assisted several banks with the refinancing of a company in distress.
