Peter is Co-Chair of the Power and Renewables practice, with more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, including a particular focus on conventional, renewable and other power transactions, as well as gas pipeline and other energy transactions. Substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, project development, project finance, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate law.
