Jeffrey advises corporate end-users, financial institutions, investment funds, exchanges and trade associations with regulatory, legislative, enforcement and transactional matters involving derivatives, commodities and securities. He assists clients with derivatives regulatory and compliance issues relating to the Dodd-Frank Act, the Commodity Exchange Act, the regulations of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and cross-border derivatives transactions. Jeffrey also counsels clients on regulatory matters involving cryptocurrencies, digital assets and blockchain technology.
