Position

Steven Rudgayzer is a partner in the New York office of Fried Frank and a member of the Firm's Corporate Real Estate Transactions Practice. He joined the Firm in 2007. Mr. Rudgayzer advises Firm clients on a wide range of corporate real estate matters, including complex joint venture transactions, entity level investments and acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets. He also has significant experience with non-mortgage real estate financings and real estate restructurings.

Career

Mr. Rudgayzer joined Fried Frank in 2007and became partner in 2016. He is a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia University, Harvard University, and New York University graduate programs regarding joint venture negotiations.

Education

Mr. Rudgayzer received his JD, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007 where he was in the Order of the Coif. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from New York University in 2005.
