Mr Gregory Karungo
Gregory Karungo is a Litigation & Disputes Resolution Partner at Walker Kontos. He has acquired sixteen years of outstanding litigation expertise in banking, tax, receiverships, real estate, intellectual property, employment, probate, arbitration and mining.
His credo is to achieve the quickest possible solution at an affordable cost to his clients, without compromising on the quality of legal services rendered. Greg’s attention to detail and innovative litigation strategies have seen him secure major wins in and out of the courtroom for his Clients. He is currently Lead Counsel in a dramatic high stake multi-million dollar mining, land rights and tax dispute in the High Court pitting his Client, international giant Tata Chemicals Limited against the County Government of Kajiado.
Greg is also a strong supporter of alternative forms of dispute resolution including reconciliation, mediation, arbitration and traditional dispute resolution mechanisms that are consistent with the Constitution of Kenya.
