Guilherme Rocha Murgel de Rezende joined Ulhôa Canto in 1981 and became a partner in 1997. He is a specialist on corporate and contract law, with emphasis on joint ventures, incorporation and corporate groups restructuring, including the acquisition and sale of companies, project finance, tax, wealth planning, entertainment and sports.
He worked at Board of Directors of Fundação Américo Viveiros, at the Board of Director of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro Chapter, and at the Board of Director of Instituto Compartilhar.
