Position
Michi has over 18 years’ experience in successfully guiding her clients through
complex matters in commercial litigation and arbitration with a focus on
labour and employment, banking, insurance, intellectual property and commercial
law. She has undertaken litigation and arbitrations in disputes arising out of
commercial contracts, Engineering and Procurement Contracts and Employment
contracts. She has handled complex Constitutional Petitions and represents clients
on tax appeals before the Tax Appeals Tribunal and the High Court. She regularly
represents clients in ICC arbitration proceedings, as well as employment, medical
negligence claims and insurance based litigation. She is recognised by Legal 500
for her expertise in intellectual property and employment matters.

Michi joined Hamilton Harrison & Mathews in 2001 as a Legal Assistant and is now a partner in the litigation department of the firm.
