Jim Spring is head of the Business Group at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, with administrative responsibility over the firm’s attorneys practicing corporate/securities, mergers and acquisitions, finance, energy, and real estate law.  His experience in representing businesses of all sizes in varied industries permits him to analyze problems and create strategies to assist clients in timely and efficiently achieving their goals.
