Debevoise & Plimpton LLPs Fondspraxis steht im regen Austausch mit den jeweiligen Kollegen in Luxemburg, Hongkong, London, New York und Washington D.C.; ein integrierter Ansatz, der sich auch in der Praxisgruppenleitung widerspiegelt: Patricia Volhard ist neben Frankfurt auch  von London und Luxemburg aus tätig und beschäftigt sich am deutschen Standort schwerpunktmäßig mit deutschen und luxemburgischen Fondsstrukturen sowie mit sämtlichen aufsichtsrechtlichen und ESG-Themen. Betreut werden hierzu vornehmlich Fondsmanager, jedoch auch Investoren, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf den Segmenten Private Equity, Private Debt und Infrastruktur.

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP‘s fund practice is in close contact with its colleagues in Luxembourg, Hong Kong, London, New York and Washington DC, resulting in an integrated approach that also mirrors practice head Patricia Volhard‘s activity: Volhard acts from the firm’s London and Luxembourg offices as well as from Frankfurt, where she focuses on German and Luxembourg fund structures as well as on the whole array of regulatory and ESG issues. With a focus on the private equity, private debt and infrastructure spheres, the group primarily advises fund managers, but also investors.
