She has vast experience in the use of Intellectual Property as a business tool for companies in different fields of activity, advising her clients on current issues related to data protection and privacy, including the implementation of the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD). Led by the ‘excellentTatiana Campello, the group has been particularly busy advising multinational clients whose businesses depend on the processing and analysis of large volumes of data on the new LGPD. Data privacy due diligence in the context of M&A is another area of focus for the team, which was recently strengthened by the arrival of co-head Eduardo Magrani, who specialises in digital law and AI.
