Partner of Demarest’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Life Sciences areas, Guilherme Vieira da Silva holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (Chicago, USA). He is specialized in Civil and Constitutional Law from UERJ and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from PUC-RJ. Guilherme operates in the areas of corporate governance and capital markets in the energy, insurance, mining and financial segments. He focuses his practice in transactions involving regulated industries such as energy, insurance, mining and healthcare services to deliver clients a combination of industry knowledge, in-depth regulatory understanding and strategic planning to assist clients navigate the Brazilian business environment.
