Partner of Demarest’s Competition area, Milena Fernandes Mundim has an extensive experience in merger control, competition law clauses in M&A transactions, spill-over prevention of competitively sensitive information, establishing clean teams in due diligence exercises and creating clearance strategies, plus anticompetitive conducts and compliance issues. Served as foreign associate at the competition department of Linklaters LLP in London in 2016. Previously worked at the competition departments of other international law firms and as a legal counsel at CADE. Amongst her regular clients she advises multinational companies, such as Owens-Illinois, Air France, Delta, RBS (The Royal Bank of Scotland), Viscas, Naval Group SAAM Smit as well as Peugeot-Citröen. She also advises important Brazilian players such as Azul Linhas Aéreas, Banco Cooperativo do Brasil and Galvão Engenharia.
