Partner of Demarest’s Banking and Corporate Finance area, Fabio Braga holds a postgraduate degree in International Economic Negotiations from Unesp and in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law. He has a strong presence in financial transactions, including in financing projects and debt restructuring operations, acting in projects related to different sectors of the national and international financial market, meeting the financial needs of the automotive industry, in all phases of its development. Fabio also has expertise in the creation of specific financing programs between large companies in the distribution and consumption sector, as well as in setting up and obtaining authorization for the development of activities by financial institutions, including those of a digital nature, such as the recently created direct credit and loan facilities between individuals on digital platforms, whether originating and are backed by national or foreign capital.
