Ronald Creamer – Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP

Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP is well-regarded for its experience constructing tax-efficient structures for cross-border M&A, spin-offs, SPACs, and private equity funds. In New York, ‘outstanding‘ practice head Lauren Angelilli focuses on tax aspects of cross-border joint ventures and SPACs, M&A, restructurings, and financing transactions.
