Position
Tim Daniel is an independant consultant at Cooley’s London office. He has acted for a number of governments and parastatals, particularly in the developing world. This work has included representation of states before the International Court of Justice in the Hague in boundary disputes and in international arbitration disputes.
He has extensive experience of asset tracing, both in the commercial/insolvency sector and currently on behalf of states. Tim is a recognised spokesperson on anti-corruption and asset tracing and has recently been interviewed on BBC Two’s “Newsnight,” BBC Radio Four’s “File on 4” and for The Guardian.
