Elsewhere, Jonathan Bach defended Thermo Fisher Scientific against allegations of trade secret misappropriation involving DNA analysis techniques. The firm also advised the dating app Bumble against claims of trade secret violation brought by the founders’ former employer Match, which operates dating apps such as Tinder, OkCupid and Plenty of Fish.
