Lauro has more than 30 years of experience counseling international and domestic clients in connection with all types of antitrust matters, including mergers and anticompetitive investigations by Brazilian antitrust authorities. His team has negotiated more than 200 merger review cases. His clients include private and public companies from nearly all economic sectors, including automotive, construction, energy, technology, pharmaceutical, food, telecommunications, and transportation, as well as investors, sponsors, and financers.
