Luiz Felipe has worked with intellectual property, technology and personal data protection for nearly two decades. From startups to large corporations, he advises on structuring new business models, digital platforms, technology licensing and transfers, media and entertainment contracts, and data processing compliance, among other activities.

In recent years, Luiz has been involved in the implementation of Open Banking in Brazil, as well as demands concerning Software as a Service (Saas) agreements, AI development for businesses, fighting misinformation, and establishing joint ventures for developing new technology.
