Rogério hás been one of the most active Brazilian lawyers representing individual and corporate clients in Car Wash and other high-profile investigations nationwide and has deep experience in both domestic and cross-border matters relating to all types of business crimes. Former executive director of the Brazilian Institute for Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM) and former member of the Commission on Legislative Matters of the Institute in Defense of the Defense Rights (IDDD), Rogério is a professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) where he teaches postgraduate courses on Economic Criminal Law, and is a guest professor for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Criminal and Procedural Law in different Brazilian institutions
