Camilla is experienced in general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and corporate restructuring involving domestic and international clients, including public companies and private equity funds, with a focus on transactions in the tech industry.

At the firm’s Venture Capital practice, Camilla also advises investors, startups and other entrepreneurial clients on early and growth stage transactions, including with forming strategic partnerships, investment rounds, corporate restructuring and governance counseling. She also supports founders and emerging companies in structuring their business in Brazil or expanding their activities abroad.

Camila previously served as an international attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York) and Duane Morris, LLP (New York).
