Career

Gilberto Cipullo is a partner in the litigation, tax and corporate areas. He also plays an important role in the organization of assets for succession purposes.

In corporate and international law, Gilberto works in the supervision, follow-up and conduction of transactions involving corporate reorganizations, splits, mergers and transformations of companies, foreign investments in Brazil, purchase and sale of companies, assets and commercial establishments, associations, and joint ventures.

In the tax area, he supervises the progress of judicial and administrative tax proceedings, prepares and develops tax planning for companies and individuals, as well as opinions on consultations involving federal, state and municipal taxes, in addition to defenses challenging the legality of taxes.
