Pedro Cortez has more than 45 years of experience in real estate law, having acted in innumerous real estate transactions of several types. Cortez is an expert in zoning and land-use law, nationwide recognized as an expert in real estate complexes structures.

He worked at Advocacia Arlindo de Carvalho Pinto, 1970-2002, and at KLA Advogados, since 2002.
