Marc Trottier
Testimonials
‘They are extremely flexible and able to act on a board range of insolvency, M&A, restructuring and financing situations and would be my first choice for any mid-market deal. They are adept at calling on other areas of the firm where necessary and leverage particularly well off their strong real estate offering.’
‘Their key attribute is that they are all very commercially minded – they have a great ability to see the bigger picture and provide constructive advice that accounts for that.’
‘Marc Trottier is a first-rate lawyer demonstrating outstanding legal and commercial aptitude and has excelled on a number of matters for us, including acting for administrators, acting on complex financing and M&A transactions and also solvent sale processes. He is very commercial and approachable.’
‘Marc Trottier and his team will move hell or high-water to join calls with any number of participants, and are frequently the ones to find a solution where we have an impasse. They are willing to think laterally on problems and will flex their solutions to cater to any blockers we have, whether legal or personal!’
