Position

Wilfred is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, working directly under Senior Partner and head of litigation, Brian Simms QC. His practice covers insolvency and restructuring, trust disputes, commercial litigation, personal injury, contractual disputes and fraud cases.

Wilfred has appeared as junior counsel in both the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of the Bahamas.
