Her practice focuses on preparing and negotiating front-end engineering and design (FEED) contracts; engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, as well as engineering, procurement and installation (EPCI) contracts and engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) contracts and turbine supply and installation agreements (TSA); operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts, service and availability agreements (SAA), service and warranty agreements (SWA) and long term service agreements (LTSA); and other construction-related documentation.
