Marina Gaensly Blattner is a partner at Wald, Antunes, Vita, Longo e Blattner Advogados, earned her master’s degree in Public Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and is certified in Complex Dispute Mediation by the Harvard Negotiation Institute (HNI). Blattner was president of the Special Mediation Commission of the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP), a consultant of the Special Commission for Mediation and Reconciliation, and of the National Commission for Constitutional Studies of the Federal Council of OAB. She is also a member of the São Paulo Lawyers’ Institute (IASP).
