Arbitration and Litigation
Having joined the firm in 2009, is currently head of the arbitration department. Riccardo is also Director and Secretary General at the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, and Secretary General at the Special Committee on Foreign Law Advisors’ Societies from the Brazilian Bar Association’s Federal Council.
