David has 18 years experience in commercial property.  His clients’ include AP Wireless, Vodafone Ltd, CTIL, Mobile Broadband Network Ltd, Lush Retail Ltd, Irish Rugby Football Union, Acheson Homes Ltd and a considerable number of private developers.  David is dual qualified in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  David has extensive experience in dealing with all property related matters including landlord and tenant, investment sales and acquistions, telecoms site roll-out and acquistions, on and off shore share renewable engery projects and the sale and purchase of businesses with significant property elements.

Law Society of Northern Ireland and Law Society of Ireland.  David is also on the Board of The Crescent Art Centre, Photoworks Ireland Ltd and Ponydance.  He is also a Management Committee Member of the Ulster Reform Club.
