Matt Vantusko assists clients on complex business transactions and projects, with a particular emphasis on energy industry transactions, including project finance, development, investments, and acquisitions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Matt worked for Nevada-based utilities assisting with renewable project acquisition; negotiating and amending WSPP, NAESB, and ISDA agreements; and managing renewable energy, REC, qualifying facility, and gas transport contracts.
