Career

Karen C. McConnell is Co-Practice Leader of Ballard Spahr’s Private Equity Group and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, with emphasis on M&A and private equity investment transactions. She has closed more than 400 transactions for buyers and sellers in her career. Karen is a member of the elected Board at Ballard Spahr, and serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee.
