Ms Duygu Turgut
Duygu Turgut is a partner in the M&A practice and co-head of the EMI practice at Esin Attorney Partnership. Duygu focuses her practice on national and cross-border M&A transactions using stock, asset and merger structures, joint ventures and privatizations. She advises on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, both in initial acquisitions and subsequent investment exits. Her M&A experience includes also advising clients on privatizations and general corporate matters and assisting them in the coordination and implementation of multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions.

Its strong track record in this space has enabled it to build up a diverse client base, which includes international and domestic banks, and other financial institutions, as well as companies.
