Position

Jenni Edwards provides practical, common-sense labor relations, employment litigation and day-to-day advice. She is experienced in labor relations, negotiations, unfair labor practices, arbitrations and litigation under the NLRA, the RLA and Ohio’s public sector labor law. While she assists clients with developing litigation-avoidance workplace strategies, she is also adept at litigating and, when appropriate, resolving all types of employment claims, including retaliation, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower and disability accommodation. Jenni’s experience as in-house counsel has given her an understanding of the challenges faced by managers and executives, knowledge she uses when developing business-focused resolutions for her clients’ concerns.
