Position

Co-Leader of the national Labor Relations team, Jay Krupin counsels national and international businesses on appropriate employment procedures and establishing effective practices for dealing with labor relations. Well-versed in management-union issues, employment discrimination matters and wage-hour practices, he has represented corporations in virtually every aspect of labor and employment law. Jay has successfully negotiated more than 350 collective bargaining agreements and has represented companies in more than 100 union elections and campaigns. He has testified before the U.S. Congress on labor legislation and before the National Labor Relations Board on rulemaking proposals.
