Mike Snarr represents clients in international trade and investment disputes, including antidumping and countervailing duty litigation, international arbitration under free trade agreements and investment treaties, and disputes with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He has protected clients’ interests in matters brought before U.S. federal agencies and courts, NAFTA arbitration tribunals and the World Trade Organization. He advises clients on compliance with U.S. trade laws and international agreements regarding the classification, valuation and origin of imported goods. Mike counsels government contractors on compliance with the Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act and other preferential country of origin procurement laws.
