Recent representative arbitration matters include claims in excess of $50 billion under the CPR, DIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA, ZCC, PCA and SCC. Practice includes both investor-state and commercial disputes in areas including antitrust/competition, banking/finance, bankruptcy, commercial, construction, corporate acquisitions, defamation, discrimination, energy, environmental, intellectual property, partnership, joint venture, premises liability, products liability, real estate, sports and entertainment, and tax. Featured in the cover story of Focus Europe (Summer 2007). Experience involving clients, adversaries, and/or issues in Angola, Armenia, Brazil, Canada, China, Ecuador, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Peru, Russia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela and Yemen. Also sits as an arbitrator and is an adjunct professor in international arbitration.
