John Anaipakos is a veteran trial lawyer for businesses in high stakes litigation. Mr. Anaipakos regularly represents and advises clients in disputes across a wide variety of industries including energy, retail, and professional services, among others. In the energy industry, his deep experience includes the representation of oil and gas and utility clients for over 25 years.
He has tried a broad range of cases to juries, including complex business disputes, oil and gas, wrongful death/catastrophic injury, accounting malpractice and employment. In addition to his jury trial work, Mr. Anaipakos has also tried numerous cases to judges, administrative tribunals and arbitration panels, as well as argued appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Supreme Court of Texas, and various intermediate appellate courts.
