Azevedo Sette Advogados has a large and well-regarded corporate and M&A team. Many of its lawyers have notable international experience and handle cross-border transactions, particularly ones involving US and European parties. The firm has recently set up a dedicated Italian desk under the leadership of Rafael Bassoli. It also has an active private wealth and succession planning practice; and anti-corruption and compliance is another strength: Luiz Eduardo Salles, whose practice takes in antitrust, international trade and anti-corruption, is the name to note.
