Career

Sette is senior partner and head of Corporate M&A and High Net Worth (HNW) practices at Azevedo Sette Advogados. He draws upon more than 25 years’ experience advising clients in complex transactions involving commercial and financial contracts, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions and succession planning matters, especially to Mining, Construction and Engineering sector.

He was a professor of Strategic Alliances in graduate courses at the School of Economics of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, International Negotiations at the Foreign Trade School of UNA-MG and International Transactions at IEC-PUC/MG.
