Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP‘s ‘passionate‘ team has been kept busy with debt fund mandates and high-value fund formations. In Washington DC, Fadi Samman advised Mubadala Capital on forming a co-investment fund regarding the client’s and EIG Global Energy Partners’ (EIG) joint bid for Transportadora Associada de Gas (TAG), a 2,800-mile natural gas pipeline owned by Petrobras that spans ten Brazilian states. Ann Tadajweski is also a key contact. Stephen Vine and Prakash Mehta share leadership of the practice. Aside from Samman in Washington DC, named attorneys are located in New York.
