Mr. Incera focuses his practice on Litigation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Family Law. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in advising clients on Real Estate and Construction Law.


Mr. Incera was associated with the Bruzón law firm during 1979-1980. He was later associated with Klein & Mairal from 1981 to 1990.

In 1990, he founded Negri, Teijeiro & Incera. In 2004, Mr. Incera joined PAGBAM as Partner.

Mr. Incera has been Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina between 1980 and 1990. He was also Assistant Professor of Bankruptcy Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina from 1990 to 1992. Since 2004, Luis is Incera is Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law at the at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

He has published several articles related to his professional practice.

Incera has been Director of Commercial Law Affiliates, now Meritas Law Network, during 1997 and 1998. Since 2011 he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Arte BA Foundation.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the city of Buenos Aires.


Mr. Incera obtained his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1980. He later obtained a Master Degree in Procedural Law from the Universidad Notarial Argentina in 1987.

Litigator Guillermo Quiñoa is a key contact and brings to bear a strong record in real estate issues. Luis Incera and Lautaro Ferro are also names to note.

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has notable expertise in contentious TMT matters. Recent contentious mandates saw Mariano Grondona represent Google before the Supreme Court in a high-profile case regarding internet service provider (ISP) liability. In addition, Lautaro Ferro advised MercadoLibre in another case concerning ISP liability, this one before the Court of Appeals. Luis Incera and Arnaldo Cisilino are also highly regarded for contentious work. In 2018, the group saw the departure of key name José Alfredo Martínez de Hoz Jr as well as partner Francisco Amallo, who both left for Martínez de Hoz & Rueda.
