The highly regarded tax department at Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice Advogados is regularly involved in complex tax litigation and high-profile transactions. The already sizeable team saw organic growth with the partner promotions of Diana Piatti Lobo and Maria Eugênia Doin Vieira in 2018 and Bruna Marrara in 2019. In another move in 2018, tax litigator Leonardo Alfradique Martins joined the firm from Trench Rossi Watanabe.
